Hi there! I’m Amy, your wedding day and portrait photographer located right here in Wahoo, Nebraska.

Photographs are timeless. They are the only physical evidence that can essentially lock time in its place by capturing emotion, art, and creativity all in one instant. When you look back through your wedding photos or your yearly family session, my goal is for you to remember how you felt in that season of time in your life while feeling blessed to have these images to look back on.

PROUD BOY MOM

Baby Henry has his Mom and Dad wrapped around his little finger, and we wouldn’t want it any other way! His giggles and snugs make us work even harder to make sure he knows how much he is loved.

OUTGOING PERSONA

I LOVE people and get my energy from meeting new ones like you every day! I make it my goal to have my couples and families feeling 100% comfortable around me. One of my favorite parts of my job is gaining new best friends after every shoot, and the guys saying, “That was way more fun than I was expecting!” time and time again.

BORN TRAVELER

I mean, I caught the bug EARLY and have made it my personal life goal to visit every country, continent, and state in the U.S. that I can! Right now, I am up to 27 countries, but having lived in Italy in my early 20s, it will always be like my second home.

My Editing Style

Many people describe my style as natural and intimate, with just the right touch of soft romantic tones (and obviously a lot of joy and film-inspired color :). It’s my personal mission to create and deliver classic and timeless images that showcase who you are as a couple and family in the NOW so you can remember exactly how it was SOMEDAY. It’s important to me to capture portraits as completely true-to-life as I can, without a ton of unnecessary edits that will make them look dated in ten years.

I want your photos to be something you admire and cherish for years to come and be proud to hang them on the walls as art in your home! After all, photos are meant to be printed!

Three years ago I met my husband, Matthew, through the app, Bumble. HA! Even I still can’t believe it!

Matt and I grew up thirty minutes from each other, went to rival high schools, and had a ton of mutual friends (like, literally…my sister even knew him!), but we didn’t meet until our later 20s. What can I say, timing truly is everything!

We went on four dates in four days (the first being very impromptu) and the rest is history!

I can honestly say my life has turned out nothing like what I thought it would be, but it’s been so much better than I could’ve ever planned myself. My husband is the most supportive human being on the planet, and he, our son, Henry, and our Australian Shepherd mix are the ones that make up our little family!
